Privacy Policy

MotionMedia is Cesar Cervantes' music video production service for artists across LA County. This page explains what information reaches Cesar when you use this website, and what happens to it.

What we collect

This website does not have accounts, sign-ups or hidden tracking forms. The only information that reaches Cesar is what you choose to send:

• The inquiry message you build in the chat or the "prepare message" form — your artist name, the package you're interested in, your shoot area, and whether you're interested in payment plans.
• Any message you send directly to Cesar afterward by text, DM or email.

The inquiry form on this site never submits anything on its own. It only prepares a message for you to copy and send yourself, so nothing is stored on this website.

How it's used

Inquiry details are used for one thing: responding to your questions about packages, availability, shoot locations and payment plans. They are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Cesar keeps them only as long as needed to work with you or answer you.

Third-party services on this site

• Klarna. Payment plans and buy-now-pay-later options are offered through Klarna, a third party. If you choose a Klarna plan, Klarna handles that checkout and its own privacy policy applies to your payment details. Approval depends on Klarna's eligibility and credit checks; approval is not guaranteed.
• YouTube. Music videos on this site play through YouTube's player. YouTube may collect viewing data when videos play — its own policies apply.

Local storage

The site may use small amounts of browser storage (for example, to remember that you closed a notification) so pop-ups don't nag you. No advertising cookies are placed by this site.

Your choices

You can clear your browser's storage for this site at any time. If you've shared inquiry details and want them deleted or corrected, just ask Cesar in the chat and he'll take care of it.
